Customer Relationship Management Workshop - Salesforce

Edina was born and raised in war torn Bosnia and immigrated to the US with her parents and brother in 1996. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications and Sociology from Saint Xavier University and an MBA from National Louis University. 

After receiving her Bachelor’s degree Edina worked for numerous temp agencies until she landed a job with NCH Marketing where she eventually became “an accidental Salesforce administrator.” She has over 7 years of Salesforce experience.

After NCH, she spent 3 years at Donlen, a Hertz company, before landing at James Hardie Building Products as the Salesforce Business Analyst.

Edina is a passionate, curious, eager, and a problem solver. She lives with her loving husband Azmir and witty two year old daughter Jayna in Highland Park. When not working you will find her traveling, dancing, exploring new restaurants, blogging, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
