An Evening With Nicole Huard - Bosch USA

Nicole Huard heads the Data and Category Management functions as well as the Consumer Insights

initiatives for Bosch within the Aftermarket North American division, and provides insights and guidance

on activities to global counterparts.  Nicole joined Bosch in 2005 as an analyst within the Category

Management department.  Prior to her career at Bosch, she worked in various sales and marketing roles

at Newell Brands and Walgreens. 

Nicole has been an advocate for women in her industry. Her experiences have ignited her passion

for recruiting and developing women within the automotive industry. She is a founding member

of the Women@Bosch business resource group in North America, which has more than 1,500

members. Women@Bosch helps promote gender diversity and inclusion while focusing on

recruitment, retention and professional development of women at Bosch. The group aims to

educate and empower all associates on current gender diversity issues in the workplace.

In addition, she was recently recognized with Women in Auto Care’s Auto Care Woman of

Excellence award, one of the organization’s 2018 Women of the Year Awards recognizing

outstanding female contributors making a difference in the automotive industry.

Nicole is a proud alumni of UIC, now living in Naperville with her husband and 2 children.
